Larry Fike

I'm an academically-trained philosopher who is also a published poet, essayist, and lyricist, with songs appearing on network television. I am also a public speaker, and sometimes do stand-up comedy. While in principle bi-coastal (NYC and LA), I now dwell primarily in an artist community in a somewhat remote desert place. My primary interests are free will and determinism, political philosophy, and philosophical psychology (the latter encompasses both philosophy of mind and philosophy of language). I have two sons born 15 years apart.
