I live near Philadelphia, PA. Esalen has become an important part of my life. I have attended workshops, spent a life changing summer in the work study program and attended a benefit weekend in October, 2009. In 2005 my wife, Arlene and I started and codirect an Institute of Holistic Studies on a seven acre campus. Greenshire Arts Consortium, www.greenshirearts.org is located 50 miles north of Philadelphia. We focus on transformational studies, community - bringing people together, youth programs, biodynamic gardening, art exhibitions and personal peace. Esalen has been and continues to be a inspiration for this exciting project.

The one sadness being that Esalen is such a distance from my home. I have made so many heartfelt connections with people who have inspired and guided me on my personal journey. My love and gratitude goes out to these beautiful humanbeings.
