Another Bright and Beautiful Day here in the land Afar (Cleveland) hahahaha
Last month a good friend of mine gifted me with Anna Halprin’s ‘Dance as a Healing Art’ as she knows I am on sabbatical from university study to pursue inquiry in Human Potentiality. I Love Anna! A few chapters in her book and I am on fire with dance experimentation & healing.
Nearly half way through ‘The Upstart Spring’ and ‘The Future of the Body’ at the same time I wrap up this semester of graduate study in Public Health. It has become clearer to me that I must move onward, outward, inward and forward to Esalen. While I ‘should’ be studying my Public Health courses, I find myself devouring my new books of Human Potentiality…I just can’t get enough!
The Vision
Life had gotten me into a rut ~ my relationship was not fulfilling, I felt stuck, depressed, my home was no longer my sanctuary and my energy had dwindled ~~~ I was merely going through the motions……that was two months ago.....
