My favorite Esalen Workshop
There were many.
One of my favorites was the Psi Sensing workshop. I effortlessly dealt with my fear. And I learned a little about Chakra sensing -- this was a breakthrough. With Bill Roll.
Another was a Tai Chi Workshop following that one withAlan Watt's cohort Al Huang.
The two weekends + one week (5 days) there at Esalen became a real peak experience which I already wrote about. Lasted for 10 years. Started with a breath ended with real meditation forms.

My first workshop ever at Esalen was massage. Don't recall the female teachers name. Around 1982.
My next one was with Stan Grof (I own 2-3 of his books). It was the first time my Ajna center started to open. That was a peak experience. Plus I did paintings at Esalen during that one.
