I see Kenneth Cohen is at Esalen this week…I started reading The Way of Qigong a few months ago and it is a wonderful manual for anyone interested in Qigong …I embark on chapter 9 Healthy Breathing this week…Cohen presents a nice history of Qigong along with easy to understand day to day practice techniques.

And I see Daphne Rose Kingma will be arriving 2/10 …I have cherished her book The Future of Love for quite some time and I am reminded it is time to pass it along to a close friend who could use some lovely inspiration ~...Gotta  Love LOVE!

I had a most wondrous evening last night… my second Sweat Lodge (Ojibwe)…a few different attendees than last week including two children (ages 5 & 8) and Ivan an Ojibwe elder, teacher and healer. The energy in the Lodge was pure and comforting…I just love the Ojibwe songs….singing along comes so natural ~ the melodies and heart beat bring emotions of innocence~ Ivan shared his knowledge of Ojibwe beliefs and symbolism ~ East, South, West, and North before closing each doorway. ~Together as One ~

I am honored to meet him and my other beautiful new friends, and look forward to the Lodge next Saturday~~~

While on our path in life, take notice of those you meet and when you meet them. Most recently, as I have become Aware of my inner vision, I have been meeting those on similar paths as well as powerful guides strengthening and affirming the path.

During the feast, someone asked me “Monica, do you have friends out in California?” as I was sharing my upcoming move. I said “well, I have many friends I have yet to meet”…

A calling so clear there is no fear ~  I am so very thankful ~  Aho
