It is good to see that the polar ice caps still have ice on them.

These are beautiful images, Scarlet.  I am thinking of making the second image my "desktop" image.

It sure makes me feel small and insignificant, viewing this whole great world.  I am not even a dot, in the scope of it all!

Beautiful.  Just beautiful.  Thanks. :-)

Scarlet, I made the second image my "desktop background" image...

...but it came out egg-shaped! lol.

I guess we live on a beautiful green and blue EGG.

I gotta work on it, to turn it back into a marble. hee hee

Lucky for us that, whatever its shape, the planet is still so beautiful to live on.

As with all things real, no it isn't a perfectly shaped sphere. It has its bulges. Which according to reports has increased infinitesmially since the big earthquake. Or is it the orbit that has shifted. Or both. My memory is not so perfect this morningeither-needcoffeenow.

Lov and hugs to you, dear Antje Blue, and glad to chat with you again. Hugs to tundra, too.

I give thanks for unknown blessings already on the way
