Thank you so much for your support. You all are wonderful friends to have in a crisis. And you are so real.

As Antje Blue put it so well -- even though I have not met most of you "in person". Yet you are staunch and true friends. And so many of you are friends of my old Esalen pals and teachers, so even if I haven't met "you" in person, there is connection in reality. Including you, Antje -- through your friend Marty who was a friend of mine through Eko. It is all grounded. And at the very least  -- and just as important -- you love the place and the process, whether or not you ever set foot on the Esalen grounds.

And you do understand loss -- thank you Weems, and John, and Kristy and Antje and Henry and Michael -- and on and on.

It has been a difficult year, with some hard moments here. Yet worth hanging in through it all. It has been a joyous year, with some moments of beauty and elegance here. That have made me want to dance, dance, dance.

In this "interesting" journey, I have lost some friends along the way and have gained others.

The dance goes on, the beat the beat the beat -- naked-bare feet hitting the deck at the Esalen Lodge; arms raised as I twirl as my spirit dances me through a Buddist Joyful Movement practice; trance dance -- even when not there in physical body, my heart-mind-spirit continues to connect me with Esalen and with iThou friends.

Albert and Steven -- SO grateful to you for this site.

So grateful to former teachers, colleagues, roomies, and friends at Esalen -- just for being and being real. So grateful the Esalen community was (is) there.

LOVE you for real.
