 What medications are you on? My own sister has been diagnosed with the same disease and I could appreciate some advice for her.  They told her it takes years and is so subtle she won't even notice the changes. But in the back of my mind I recalled you saying it suddenly came on with you  and has left you unable even to write on here without the help of your wife.

Please update us if you don't mind. She is feeling so demented and alone.
