This is me, circa 1970, on Highway one below Partington Ridge.

An avatar shot of myself at Thunderhill raceway leading Doug Chandler, AMA Grand Slam national champ. Of course he was instructing me and could absolutely trounce me at any moment.

This is an interesting photo. It is my track/street bike, taken at T2 Thunderhill raceway in Northern Ca. The smoke coming off the knee is the plastic puck getting hot enough to smoke. The track had just been repaved and was very coarse, it is better now.

I am packing up today to head up to the track for three days, so this will be my last entry.

Whoof. This is an oldie.

This may be the same party Stirling posted a shot of a few weeks ago.

Front main character is WM Flattley, famous and notorious Big Sur character and musician, who was a wonderful, hard working and hard partying guy. He died many years ago. To his right, back to us, Frank Gerard. Behind Frank, face hidden is Bill, April's boyfriend. To right Jimmie Sellers standing, unknown, unknown, and "Indian Joe."

The presence of these characters puts the shot about 1969.
