Currently, we have a scheduled daily meditation at: 7am PST. Please feel free to join in.

We enter the meditation by "Announcing ourselves" with the word "here" or a brief dedication. All are welcome.

Note: You will need to login to the website before you "Announce yourself," otherwise you will show up as "Anonymous."

If you would like a meditation timer to help you pace your practice, you may use the meditation timer shown below.

If this is your first time meditating, there are audio instructions under the #5 (9 min.) and #6 (15 min.) selections under the Meditation Timer below.
