I had never seen these on the site but then I had never been back as far as page 105 or 106 to see the beginning of the site and all the amazing work that must have gone into this place we visit.

Esalen is on extraordinarily beautiful land. That carries potent energies of its own.

and I totally agree about the energies felt there. I have been to Esalen a couple of times at least. I do so agree too about its beauty and though it is a while ago memory (I was only 21 at the time and on a vacation from university in London. My sisters sent me my ticket- my first trip to the States) My sister was at Berkeley and she took me there (to Esalen) on weekends. So I know the beauty of the place so well.  I was fortunate to be a guest...no work !!!Two years ago I was lucky enough to have a weekend at Post Ranch Inn and I love the entire area. I didn't know of Steven then or I would have gone on one of his hikes. That's a regret. Now that my sister lives in Carmel Valley and my daughter in San Diego I am sure to go back as soon as health prevails.

Someday that meditation house is going to levitate and fly away. (Probably to EO. Iwatched it through major transformations!) One of the best places I have ever been to.
